09:00 — Departure from Freedom Square, Tbilisi.
Our journey begins!10:00 — Stop in Asureti, a former German village with a rich, multicultural past. Stroll through its quiet streets and learn about its unique history.
11:30 — Arrival at Dashbashi Canyon.
Here we see an example of how nature is being commercialized — an impressive site, but also food for thought.13:30 — Lunch in the Greek village of Tsalka.
Enjoy local flavors and hear the stories of this little-known Greek community in Georgia.15:00 — Visit to Paravani Lake – the largest lake in Georgia.
A short walk by the water and a stop at a stylish little shop run by the nuns of Poka Monastery – known for their handmade products and gourmet treats.16:30 — Explore Gorelovka, a village once home to the Doukhobors – a pacifist spiritual community that left behind a fascinating legacy.
